VCU Office of Development and Alumni Relations

The VCU Alumni is a nonprofit organization based in Richmond, Virginia whose mission is to unify and strengthen ties between the alumni community on a worldwide level. The organization is comprised of the Department of Alumni Relations staff, campus partners and volunteers within six communities. After an initial consultation it was clear that the VCU Alumni’s biggest challenge was connecting with their younger target publics. 

 

Using extensive research our agency developed a communication plan to captivate the VCU Alumni’s intended audience. We found to increase engagement the VCU Alumni must improve their online presence and cultivate unique events. A brainstorming session led our team to potential events the VCU Alumni could host in the following year. 

 

Below you will find my unique design contributions to this campaign which include the entire campaign book that was presented to our client as well as two event prototypes.
